Your part: Creating the gift
Step 1: Choose your tree size and packaging.
Select from a range of size-and-packaging combinations, from small saplings in burlap or linen bags to larger pre-potted saplings.
Step 2: Pick the perfect gift tag.
Choose a gift tag with words that truly mark the occasion, whether it’s a memorial, wedding, birthday, or another milestone.
Step 3: Write a personal message.
We print your words on a keepsake card that accompanies your Little Saps gift.
Step 4: Enter the recipient’s address.
Tell us where to send it and we’ll take it from there, carefully packing and shipping your gift so it arrives safely at their door.
Our part: Bringing it to life
Step 1: Select a tree.
Based on your recipient’s growing region, we choose the right tree from nearly a dozen varieties grown on our farm.
Step 2: Thoughtful assembly.
Each element of the Little Saps gift is prepared with care and packed in a gift box that is both beautiful and secure. Tree care instructions are included.
Step 3: Direct delivery.
Shipped from our farm to their door by UPS Ground or USPS Priority, usually in 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.
Step 4: Ongoing support.
Our team is here to answer questions and share care tips. If your tree is not thriving within 30 days and we cannot help, we will send a new one.

We ship to all U.S. states except Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship to Canada or any international addresses due to agricultural restrictions.

Orders are packed and shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Most gifts arrive in 2 to 5 business days with standard shipping. Rush service by UPS Second Day Air usually arrives in 1 to 2 days. Tracking is provided.

We will choose a tree variety that is appropriate for the USDA Plant Hardiness growing zone it is being shipped to. To learn more, visit the USDA Plant Hardiness Zones website.

We prefer to choose the variety so that we can select the very best from what is available at the time. If you have a preference, you’ll be prompted to make a request during the purchasing process. We’ll do our best to accommodate.

We offer a variety of evergreen gift trees including American Arborvitae, Arizona Cypress, Canadian Hemlock, Colorado Blue Spruce, Eastern Red Cedar, Leyland Cypress, Norway Spruce, Western Red Cedar, and White Pine. Not all tree types are available all year long.
Please keep in mind that since this is a living product, each gift tree will be unique and will not look exactly alike.
